A clear route to the right support

Providing accurate information at the beginning helps us understand the issue and direct your request to the right person.

Step 1 - Submit your support request

Complete the online form and select the type of support you need.
Provide your contact details, installation address and any information you have about the system.

Step 2 - Add supporting information

For technical issues, include a clear description of what has happened and when you first noticed it.
Upload relevant photographs, screenshots, error messages or system documents where available. Please do not access a roof or electrical equipment to obtain this information.

Step 3 - Initial review

Our team will review the information provided and check any relevant customer or installation records available to us.
We may contact you if further information is required.

Step 4 - Initial assistance

Some monitoring, connectivity or operational queries may be resolved through initial guidance from our support team.

If further investigation is needed, we will explain the appropriate next step.

Step 5 -  Site visit or quotation

Where an inspection, cleaning visit, service or repair is required, we will confirm the proposed scope of work and any applicable charges.
For larger commercial systems, we may need to assess access, safety and operational requirements before providing a quotation.

Step 6 - Service delivery

An appropriate member of the Solmatix team will carry out the agreed inspection, maintenance, cleaning or remedial work.
Any additional issues identified will be explained before further chargeable work is undertaken.

Step 7 - Findings and recommendations

Following the visit, we will explain the work completed and advise you of any recommended repairs, monitoring requirements or future maintenance.
Relevant reports or documentation will be provided where included within the agreed service.

Did another company install your system?

If your original installer is no longer trading or you need independent support with an existing renewable energy system, Solmatix may be able to help.

Before accepting the work, we will need information about the system, including available installation documents, equipment details and a description of the support required.

An initial inspection or diagnostic fee may apply. We cannot guarantee that every system can be repaired, upgraded or brought under an ongoing maintenance arrangement.
